Ambassador Judy Wakhungu who is accredited to the Republic of Serbia from Paris visited Ambassador Dragan Zupanjevac at the Serbian Embassy in Nairobi. Ambassador Wakhungu was prevously Minister for the Environemnt of Kenya and she initiated the ban of plastic bags in Kenya.
