EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA - NAIROBI

Based on the Article 27. paragraph 1. and 33. paragraph 2. of the Law on Public Property ('Official Gazette RS', no. 24/12, 88/13 and 105/14) announces

NOTICE

FOR SALE OF SMALL ITEMS - EQUIPMENT REMOVED FROM AN INVENTORY

by collecting written offers

The subject of this procedure is sale of small items - equipment removed from the inventory owned by the Republic of Serbia which is being managed by the EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA NAIROBI, composed out of:

1. wall lamps - 12 pcs

2. chandeliers - 2 smaller (with 2 lightbulbs) and 1 bigger (with 8 lightbulbs)

3. ceiling lamps - 7 pcs

4. sheer curtains 40m wide.

Total value of the items for sale is estimated at the amount of 850 Euro.

The sale will be conducted by collecting closed written offers.

The list of items is offered in its entirety and the items are sold as presented.

Opening of the offers will be conducted publicly on September 2nd 2016 at 12h in the presence of bidders at the EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA, State House Avenue 00100 - 30504, NAIROBI.

If two bidders offer the same price, the procedure will be continued through auction.

The choice of the most acceptable offer will be conducted by applying the criteria of the highest price.

All bidders will be informed in writing about the most acceptable offer while contract will be concluded with the most acceptable bidder.

The bidder whose offer is to be chosen as the most acceptable one is complied to take over the equipment in question within 15 days from the moment of concluding the contract, and make payment for the same within 7 days after the contract has been signed.

The viewing of the items in question will be available on August 29th and 30th 2016 at the Embassy.
